Out of respect for the neighbors, please keep the noise level down at night. The property is available only to the number of the guests in the booking, or agreed to in writing by the host.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! Parties are in violation of the local STR ordinance and AirBNB rules. The local police are able to make you leave immediately.
Unauthorized overnight guest/s without host's written permission may result in immediate booking cancelation or $100 per guest per night penalty.
No smoking /vaping in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, but all butts must be disposed of in designated bucket on back porch. Any smell of smoke in the house is a violation of this rule. Violation of this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of $300.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. There will be a pet fee upon booking. Bringing pets without notifying us and paying the respective pet fee will result in a fee of $500. Please message information about your pets with your initial booking or inquiry.
On the day prior to your departure, please let us know approximately when you are planning to check out.
If anything is malfunctioning or damaged please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
Please leave the apartment as neat as you found it. Please take out the trash, start the dishwasher, place used towels on the floor of the shower, and leave all used beds unmade.
The house may not be used for commercial uses. No professional or amateur photography or videography allowed on the property without advanced permission.
Illegal drugs or excessive drinking in or on the property is strictly prohibited. Medical consumption of marijuana (cannabis) and any other federally prohibited drug, possession, distribution, sale or storage of illegal or controlled substances and substance-related paraphernalia, inside the home or on the premises is forbidden and not allowed on the premises.
Our home is monitored using several exterior recording cameras. These cameras are to ensure the safety and security of our guests and our home. No cameras are inside the home. A non-recording Minut device is in use in the home. Tampering with any of these devices will result in immediate cancellation of reservation without refund.
Two cars will fit in the driveway. Street parking is allowed, but may not be available.
